Our Story
Dinosaur Valley RV Park grew out of a family dream — a desire to share the land we love and create a place where other families could make memories just like we have for generations. Our family has lived, worked, and raised children and grandchildren right here in Glen Rose, surrounded by the beauty of the Paluxy River and the quiet magic of ranch life​​​​​​​​​
After a long career in public service, our family reached a new chapter — one where we could finally pour our time and energy into building something together. We wanted to create a place that felt like our ranch: open spaces, fresh air, kids laughing, and families gathering around a campfire at the end of the day.
That vision became Dinosaur Valley RV Park.
From the river access and dinosaur tracks to the frontier‑style play areas and weekend activities, everything here was designed with families in mind. We built the kind of place we always loved sharing with our own kids and grandkids — a place to explore, relax, and reconnect.
Today, we’re proud to welcome guests from all over who come here to slow down, enjoy the outdoors, and create memories that last a lifetime. This land has given our family so much joy, and we’re honored to share it with yours.
